Sharepoint, innovation space, trouble adding persons.

Καλησπέρα

Κατάφερα να προσθέσω όλα τα mails, αν και με κάποια δυσκολία. Σε κάποιο σημείο σταμάτησα να λαμβάνω mails επιβεβαίωσης, οπότε δεν ξέρω αν όλοι προστέθηκαν. Φαίνεται να ειναι ολα εκει τα μαιλς πάντως.

Σε μια περιπτωση όμως έλαβα οτι δεν εχουν access στο sharepoint, με το εξης μηνυμα:

kindly note that I cannot access the folder, despite I've created an outlook account: the error message that I've received follows:
AADSTS50020: User account 'rita.duina@outlook.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Draxis Innovation Space' and cannot access the application '00000003-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000'(Office 365 SharePoint Online) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

Θα πρέπει, σε πρώτη φάση, να αποδεχτούν (Accept) το email που θα τους σταλεί.

Στη συνέχεια, θα πρέπει να ανοίξουν απευθείας το URL του site, δηλαδή:

https://draxisinnovationspace.sharepoint.com/sites/HORIZON-CL6-2026-01-CIRCBIO-01-two-stage_2ndStage

Σε περίπτωση που πάλι δεν μπορέσουν να το ανοίξουν, θα πρέπει να ανοίξουν το παραπάνω URL σε παράθυρο ανώνυμης περιήγησης (Incognito).

Προσοχή δεν στέλνουμε ολόκληρο το url με τις καταλήξεις όπως τις βλέπουμε εμείς. πχ.:
https://draxisinnovationspace.sharepoint.com/sites/HORIZON-CL6-2026-01-CIRCBIO-01-two-stage_2ndStage/ [SitePages/CollabHome.aspx]
